JODELL A. RAYMOND, M.A.
President

Jodell Raymond has over 25 years of experience in Advertising, Public Relations, Sales, Marketing, and Training and Consulting. As a former Senior Sales Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics, Jodell earned five career cars over a ten year period and consistently placed in the top 1% in sales. During her tenure at Mary Kay, Jodell was the recipient of the "Miss Go Give" Award, a national peer-nominated award. Jodell currently teaches business as an adjunct faculty member at Everest Institute, Monroe Community College and Finger Lakes Community College. She has conducted various training sessions to audiences ranging in size from to 5 to 5000 on topics in Sales, Customer Service, Self-esteem, Communication, Leadership, Professional Development, and Team-building.

Her area of specialization is in gender dynamics and in helping women aspire to leadership positions.

Jodell serves on the board of directors for a number of civic and professional boards and associations. She is on the Marietta College Alumni Association Board of Directors. She is the founder of Marietta College Mass Media Department's Women's Mentoring Program.

Jodell holds an M.A. in Liberal Studies where she designed her area of concentration: Women’s Leadership Development at SUNY Empire State College and a B.A. in Radio-Television with Departmental Honors in Mass Media from Marietta College, Marietta, OH.

 

Jodell is also the Owner of Lil’ Black Cat Designer Plus, www.blackcatplus.com—an on-line clothing retail site for women sizes 14W to 24W and Lil Black Cat Productions which features documentaries relevant to women.

Jodell’s hobby is showing and competing with her three Persian cats, a Seal point Himalayan Persian, GP, RW Sassipurrs Berlioz a blue and white bi-color Persian, GP, RW Jubileum’s Be Still My Heart; and Noblessa’s One Way Ticket of JoRay, and her Exotic Shorthair cat, GC, RW Ormeryds John-Eric of Mockingbird. She serves as the Team Leader for the Cat Fanciers Association International Ambassador Program, is a Certified Licensed CFA Clerk and is Treasurer of The Educated Guess and Hallmark Cat Clubs in Rochester, NY. She lives in Rochester, NY with her husband Edward Raymond, an attorney. 

 



 


RICHARD (Dick) PETITTE
Senior Consultant/Presenter

Dick brings over 30 years experience in executive coaching and in designing and developing strategic business, education, training and multi-media applications with a strong focus on leadership, organizational excellence, and interactive e-learning process solutions. An instructional designer and Emmy award winning multi-media producer/director, Dick brings a unique blend of skills that span from strategic organizational diagnosis to implementation of solutions across a wide range of delivery formats.

Dick is currently President of Consultative Learning Solutions, a Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Business Advisor, and has been a Senior Consultant and Director of Business Development for several organizations including GenderCorp. Formerly the Great Lakes Regional Director for the American Management Association and a past Vice President of Marketing and Program Development, he is in the process of developing and facilitating a Knowledge Networking site for the Great Lakes Region and has recently formed Neighborhood Associates, to assist business and personal communities achieve their strategic development goals. His corporate client list includes the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO), Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Coca-Cola, Corporate Space Camp, Eastman Kodak Company, General Motors, IBM, New York Power Authority, NASA, Northrup, TWA, Xerox Corporation and the U.S. Departments of Agriculture and Labor.

In addition to teaching as adjunct faculty for Cornell University, SUNY Oswego and other area colleges, Dick has been a Lead Professor in the Bachelors and Masters degree programs in Organizational Management at Roberts Wesleyan College and is the past Director of the On-line Bachelors Degree program in Organizational Management. Dick also teaches online courses in Broadcast Communications, E-Commerce, Grant Development, Leadership, New Business Development and Strategic Planning nationally.

Dick’s commitment to service and community development finds him on several Boards including the Rochester/Finger Lakes Film & Video Program Review Board (part of GRVA), Housing Opportunities Inc., the Center for Dispute Settlement, Community Education Workforce Development Advisory Board and the March of Dimes - Upstate NY Chapter. Dick is also a member of the Congressional Multi-Media Task Force.
